Your bank details

When you subscribe to one of our subscriptions or options, you will be asked to enter your bank card details:

  • these bank details are used to renew your subscription and any options every month,

  • they are stored on highly secure servers that comply with PCI-DSS standards, i.e. they are totally inviolable,

  • You can also Modify your Card (if the previous one expires).

  • If, for one reason or another, we are unable to debit your monthly subscription, we will immediately send you an email to inform you that we have been unable to debit your account and, if necessary, to enter a new card in your Payment tab. After 3 unsuccessful attempts, your account will unfortunately be deactivated.

  • You can also Modify the Billing Address to which we send you a monthly summary(See invoice management) of your subscriptions and payments received from you.
