It is not unusual, after receiving a direct booking, for you to decide to modify your arrival schedule: this is possible if you have a Connect or Magic subscription.
For example
- you decide toupgrade your customer from a double room to a master suite,
- one of your rooms has been damaged and you decide to assign the guest to another of your rooms, etc
Now you can make these changes directly without having to modify your reservation file(only possible for direct reservations, not those made via an OTA such as Booking, Expedia or Airbnb). The easiest way to do this is to go to the Arrivals schedule:
In the Main Menu, on the left of your screen, click on Arrivals
Select the reservation file of your choice,
Click on the cross at the top left of the reservation file thumbnail,
And move your file to the date or room concerned
Move a booking
Remove or add nights
Change offer
Please note
Changing the date and/or room will change the stock of the rooms concerned: stock will be credited back to the room that has been vacated and stock will be debited from the newly allocated room,
including changes to dates,
Important:
In the current version of this function, changing the date or extending the dates of your stay has no impact on the total amount of the booking. If you wish to add an additional amount, we strongly recommend that you go to the customer's Booking File and add the services and durations concerned for billing purposes.
IMPORTANT: the data relating to the bank imprint is accessible on D+1 of the initial booking and will not be available after this date, even if the customer's dates of stay are changed. Please therefore ensure that you collect the funds due to you within this time limit.
