As announced at our elloha Days in Toulouse, here are this week's deliveries!

1) Changing the arrival schedule (elloha accounts: hosts only)

At the request of many customers, we have added the option of changing the room assignment in the arrivals schedule. This function allows an owner to carry out an upgrade, for example, by assigning (because it suits him or because he wants to reward a customer) a reservation from a double room to a triple room.

Note: this change affects the stock of each room (it adds stock to the room released and removes stock from the new room assigned).

VNext: we are looking into the possibility of extending this function to activity elloha accounts (the impact is more difficult to control in terms of performance depending on whether the pro concerned has created numerous formulas and numerous time slots).

2) Modify the length of stay (elloha accounts: hosts only)

In line with the above feature , we have also made it possible to extend the length of stay of bookings linked to rooms.

As with moving a booking from one room to another, this change will have an impact on the stock of the room concerned.

Note: in this V1, this modification will not change the overall rate of the reservation, which the pro will have to allocate manually or by adding a service for one or more nights (via direct management of the reservation file).

3) Automatic transformation of an OI into an elloha account

We presented this function in Toulouse and it only concerns network heads (and partner networks). This function will take on its full dimension following the conquest operations that we are going to carry out jointly with you.

Pros who receive a newsletter to register on your platform (e.g. monterritoire.elloha.com) will enter their name, company name and email address (in addition to the category of their product) and if we find them in the migrated data of your SIT (and/or the file of pros that you have sent us), we will send them the information below:

If the professional confirms by clicking on"Yes, it's me!", his OI record will automatically be converted into an elloha account without any further action on your part. You will be notified by email as soon as the record has been converted.

If the pro does not confirm and creates his or her listing from scratch, you will also be notified by email. Note: if necessary, let us know if this notification should be sent to several people at the same time.

Please note:

For this function to be fully operational on your "monterritoire.elloha.com", the data from your SIT must have been migrated to the network head and we must have sent the recruitment newsletters to a file that we have qualified on the basis of your transmissions.

4) Network Head Reports :

As promised in Toulouse, here are your "famous" network head reports (your partner networks have the same functions but limited to their "territory").

There are two reports:

- Production: these are the production statistics for your entire network; in other words, the sales of all the partners in your network as recorded on your site(s) (and your partner sites), those of your future network of counters, but also on the (direct) sites of your pros (when they use elloha), the sales made at their counter(s) and, finally, those they made on the OTAs (for those who use the channel manager functions) of elloha.

You will note that you can :

- filter these statistics according to a wide range of criteria (product category, source and origin, selection, etc.)

- filter these results by date, based on booking or stay dates,

- export these statistics in .csv format for use in Excel

Distribution reports: these give you access to all the sales statistics for your network head office and partner network head offices. These are your own sales, excluding all sales made elsewhere by your partners (e.g. their website, their counters, OTAs, etc.)

5) POS (Point Of Sale) - elloha Cashier

In elloha, we have added a section allowing you to :

- create one or more checkouts and assign them a geographical base for better tracking. For example: main checkout, museum checkout, station checkout, etc.

- analyse the activity of each cash desk in real time : this option is only available to accounts that have activated the "Cash desk" option, which gives access to sales statistics for the POS of the account. It allows you to track activity hour by hour, till by till, salesperson by salesperson, etc. You can also access the different Zs for each till as well as the "General Z" for all tills. The Z is produced for a maximum period of 24 hours, and periodic Zs (monthly, quarterly, half-yearly and annual) are produced automatically. These documents are produced in PDF format and cannot be modified.

6) Magic and site generator :

We have replaced Google Maps (which our customers now have to pay for) with the integration of Apple Maps.

7) Cloud:

After several weeks' work, we've finalised the integration of the elloha CDN (What's a CDN?) into our applications: this will speed up page load times for our various apps and is part of our ongoing drive to improve the performance of our set of platforms.
