Wallonie Belgique Tourisme (WBT) allows its members recognised by the CGT to benefit from the Pass Visit Wallonia (VW) card system, which works via a connection between elloha and Adelya, a platform specialising in loyalty card management.
Entering the VW pass in the elloha booking engine
At the end of the booking process, when you enter your customer details in the elloha booking engine, a field appears in which you can enter a Visit Wallonia pass card code:
For internal sales, you must use the "Pass Visit Wallonia" button in the Immediate Payment tab:
The field for entering the VW Pass code is available in the web reservation and internal sales engines (in the back office) of your elloha account or the web engines of the Wallonie Belgique Tourisme network heads.
When a pass card code is accepted, the basket is updated by applying the value of the promotion that you have set up in your elloha account (see below) and by indicating its wording:
Once the sales file has been created, you can view the pass card code used by your customer, as well as the promotion applied, by consulting the details page for the file in question in your elloha back office.
The information appears on each file line concerned by the VW Pass card promotion, in the same way as it does for promotional codes:
Setting up VW Pass promotions in the elloha back office
In your account, go to the "VW Pass" menu available exclusively to elloha accounts in the Wallonie Belgique Tourisme network.
In order to suggest a promotion eligible for Pass cards in your booking engines, click on "Add a promotion" and enter its name and the value of the discount as a percentage or in euros (depending on the currency defined in the elloha account):
Once the promotion has been created, you can define :
Validity start and end dates (against which the customer's stay start date will be compared),
Publication start and end dates (against which the customer's purchase date will be compared).
Note that you must leave the "Make public" radio button at "Yes" if you want a Pass card to be able to apply to your promotion:
In theApplicable offers tab, you define the offers (or formulas) to which the VW Pass card promotion can be applied:
your establishment's main offers,
options,
gift vouchers and cards,
boutique products.
Important: if several promotions have been entered with equivalent settings (two VW Pass promotions possible for the same offer), only the first one found will be applied by the VW Pass card system. Be careful to distinguish between applicable offers if you create several promotions.
The "Used by" tab allows you to consult the list of folders on which a pass card has been used with this promotion.
This will show :
The customer's first and last name,
The customer's e-mail address,
The file number (and possibly the file line number if the file contains several lines),
The file creation date (i.e. the purchase date).
The contents of this table can be exported to CSV by clicking on the "Export to CSV" link:
The following actions appear for each promotion:
"Modify", which takes you to the promotion details page (just like clicking on the promotion name).
"Delete", which allows you to delete the promotion (with a message asking you to confirm the deletion beforehand).
Conditions for accepting VW Pass cards
The pass card code entry field is displayed in the elloha web and internal sales booking engine if, and only if, all the following conditions are met:
You have an elloha WBT account recognised by the CGT (more info: https: //orc.walloniebelgiquetourisme.be/)
The establishment in the basket has a pass card promotion corresponding to:
The offers in the basket;
The current date (date of purchase) against which the dates of publication of the promotion are compared;
The start date of the stay, against which the validity dates of the promotion are compared.
At Adelya, the loyalty card management platform that publishes Pass cards, Pass card numbers are in 13-digit format, for example: "6100103100400". The entry field for the pass card code in elloha only allows numbers to be entered, and this over 13 characters.
