Running a TDR Promotion or Promo Code Campaign

Updated over 3 months ago

The aim of campaigns is to animate your network of professionals as part of a marketing operation: Mother's Day, Christmas, an event or operation specific to your destination...

In your elloha Network Header (TDR), you create a template for a coupon (promotional code) or promotion that you suggest your pros apply to one or more of their offers. Then distribute these offers on a dedicated Booking-Engine.

1-Go to the Campaign Promotions or Promo Code menu:

2-Create the promotional code or model:

Promo code :

Click on "Add a promotional code", then enter a marketing label for your campaign, an activation code that will be common to all participating elloha, the amount of the discount and then click on "Create":

Promotion :

In the Campaign/Promotions section, click on "Add a Promotion" and enter the marketing name and the amount of the discount:

Once you have clicked on Create, you will be taken to the standard screen for creating promotions for elloha accounts:

3-Add the campaign message to a Selection

Once the campaign has been created, from the "Sent to" tab, you have the option ofsending an invitation message to all your elloha accounts via the "Send to all partners" radio button set to "Yes" :

Or to specify one or more elloha Account Selections. Find out more about creating a Selection here.

To do this, tick the appropriate Selection and save in the top right-hand corner:

All that remains is to fill in the "Message" page, which will be decisive in getting your pros to sign up to your campaign:

When everything is ready, you can launch the communication via the "Launch Campaign" button:

4-How do the pros in my network join the campaign?

The elloha accounts targeted by the campaign receive an alert in their elloha account via the bell visible in the top right-hand corner of their elloha application:

The "See the campaign" link in the alert window takes the pro to the promo code page or the promotion template in their own account:

The professional then decides to apply the promo code or promotion to one or more of their offers:

with the option of declining or taking part in the operation:

If they have joined the campaign, they will find the promo code or promotion separately in the corresponding menus, in a section dedicated to TDR campaigns:

5-Create a filtered BE on the same Selection as the campaign so that only the pros invited to take part are listed in this BE

You can complete the operation by creating a "Booking Engine" module filtered on the Campaign Selection by following this tutorial:
https://elloha.zendesk.com/hc/fr/articles/360013003817-Cr%C3%A9er-une-S%C3%A9lection-par-tag-pour-filtrer-un-BE-de-TDR
Be careful, because if the professional doesn't play the game and doesn't apply the promotional code to any offer, it will still appear in the BE.
In this V1 of the campaigns (a V2 is under study) I can't know who is actually participating unless I consult their account from my TDR.

6-Managing my campaigns

From the list of your campaigns you can :

-launch/re-launch a campaign

-reactivate an expired campaign

-modify/delete a campaign

Please note
Please note that promotional codes do not apply to elloha inbound connectors(D-Edge, Ctoutvert, Thelis, SPI LS, etc.)
Third-party publishers impose a fixed rate on their feeds, which elloha is not allowed to reduce.
The elloha promo code system should be added to each connector if the publishers are OK with it and their technology allows them to do so.

No restriction on the subscription level for promotional codes, promotions and special offers.
Elloha Restaurants and Shops are not affected by the campaigns as these are accounts where appointments are made without online payment.
