Running a private sales campaign from your TDR

Updated over 3 months ago

Private sales are a sales method that allows you to target a part of your service providers' clientele in order to offer them discounted prices or offers with benefits (SPA access, breakfast, massage, visits, etc.) for a limited period of time, which will create a feeling of exclusivity among these customers.

elloha offers this functionality to service providers who have taken out aMagic subscription(except for specific conditions relating to our partnership with Visit Wallonia) and also gives you the option of creating private sales campaigns in the TDRs to target the professionals of your choice, in order to strengthen the loyalty of visitors to your region.

How to set up a private sales campaign from your TDR

In the network head, under the Campaigns menu, click on the Private sales submenu.

When you click on the Private sales menu, the list of private sales campaigns is displayed in a similar way to the list of promotional campaigns, with the number of participants and the status of the campaign.

Creating a private sale campaign is done in the same way as creating a private sale for an individual account.

The types of private sale are identical to those offered for individual elloha accounts:

  • A campaign with a discount creates a promotional campaign,

  • A campaign with an advantage creates a special offer campaign.

The details page of a private sale campaign is similar to that of a promotion campaign, within the different tabs. For example :

As with a promotion or promotional code campaign, a private sale campaign can be launched manually using the Send campaign button on the campaign details page.

As soon as the private sale campaign has been launched, a booking module, dedicated solely to this campaign, is automatically created at the network head level, with :

  • The same name as the private sale,

  • The Private Sale type.

The TDR module has the same selections as those applied to the private sale campaign.

It is not possible to delete a module associated with a private sale from the modules screen, so as not to create inconsistencies with the data for the associated private sales.

However, it is possible to modify this module in order to customise the corresponding booking engine and access the associated Widget.

To delete the Private Sale module, following tests, the corresponding campaign must be deleted.

As soon as the private sale campaign has been launched, an icon allowing you to publish the campaign will appear in the list.

Similarly, a Publish button appears on the campaign page, to the left of the Save button.

As with private sales of individual accounts, these elements open a modal window displaying :

  • The link to the TDR module used to book the private sale, presented in the form of a TinyURL,

  • The QR code corresponding to this link.

The booking engine for the private sale campaign will only display establishments that have agreed to take part in the private sale campaign and have completed the associated private sale within their elloha account.

If the elloha account is the target of one or more private sales campaigns previously launched by a network head, the Private Sales block for your partners will appear in the Private Sales menu, under the Private Sales block for service providers.
