Objective : To set up a customisable HTML Good Deals widget to be integrated into my DMO website or a partner's website.
Principle : Display in Gallery mode enables automatic scrolling of elloha accounts with an encoded promotion.
By clicking on the Promotions, Promotion Codes and VW Pass Cards buttons(cards only available in the Visit Wallonia network), the web user will access the list of elloha accounts offering this type of discount.
1/ Setting up the Promo widget in the Back-Office
In the Modules section of a TDR, it is possible to create Promo Widgets:
This type will be used to easily identify this booking engine from the Modules menu of your TDR.
On the module settings page, the options are the same as for a classic BE module:
In the advanced settings, the 4 widget graphic customisation fields (colours),
The HTML code to be integrated corresponds to that of the Bons Plans widget,
The Bons Plans widget preview should appear at the top of the page, where you can view the widget rendering horizontally/vertically,

The vertical mode can be forced when the widget is integrated into a web page and is automatically applied in Responsive Design (particularly for the mobile version).
In addition to the promotions activated by default, the Complementary Sections block can be used to activate the Promo Codes and VW Pass Offers buttons in the widget(only for Visit Wallonia) and to display accounts with this type of discount in the Gallery.
IMPORTANT
In the Gallery, each elloha account is only shown once for each type of discount: promotion code, VW pass card. In other words, an account will not appear 15 times if it offers 15 different promotions.
2/ "Promotion Codes" section in the "Good Deals" widget
The View All Promotional Codes button links to the BE page listing the products offering Promotional Codes.
Each elloha account offering valid coupon codes is listed under the standard elloha booking engine list design, with a View Coupon Codes link.
When the customer clicks on View promotional codes, a modal window is displayed, which the customer fills in to receive their promotional code by email.
3/ "Promos" section in the "Good Deals" widget
The View All Promotions button takes you to a selection menu where you can search for more specific offers.
Type of promotion: Accommodation, Activities, Restaurants, Services (depending on whether these types are represented in the widget settings) :
Date of the promotion searched for (with number of nights only for Accommodation).
The View availabilities button links to the promotions available in the BE according to the criteria entered.
4/ "Pass Card Offers" section in the "Good Deals" widget (Visit Wallonia network)
In addition to the Promo Codes and Promos sections, it is possible to activate a section called VW Pass Offers in the Good Deals widget, a section that is only visible:
For TDRs belonging to the Visit Wallonia (VW) network,
If the query feeding this widget (and therefore depending on its settings, types of accounts affected, selections, etc.) returns VW Pass Card type promotions.
Under the same conditions, elloha products with promotional codes will also appear in the widget's gallery.
The wording View this VW Pass offer and the Pass Visit Wallonia badge will appear on the thumbnail of a VW Pass offer.
When you click on the View this VW Pass offer link, a form will appear allowing you to specify the date of your stay.
In the widget, clicking on the VW Pass offers button opens the Responsive BE directly on the new VW Pass tab.
