We all know the positive effects of a good e-reputation: that's why it's important to manage your online reviews properly. If you are distributed on Booking and you have taken out the elloha Connect or Magic subscription, you can now monitor and manage the reviews received by customers brought to you by Booking, directly in your elloha account:
In the Main Menu, on the left of your screen, Click on Reviews,
Select the My Booking Reviews tab
and View your reviews (presented in descending chronological order),
If you wish to reply to a review, simply click on Reply,
Then write your review in the field provided,
Don't forget toSave your review so that it can be sent to Booking,
Please note that the time taken for Booking to publish your review may vary from one reply to another depending on the moderation stages for Booking's own reviews. elloha therefore does not guarantee that your replies will be published instantly by Booking.
Note: Do you receive a lot of reviews in foreign languages? Good for you! However, for the time being, we are not yet receiving the review translated by Booking (in a future update, I'm sure...). For the moment, here's a little tip:
use your mouse to highlight the relevant review,
and reveal the Google Translate icon ,
right-click on it (or, depending on your mouse/keyboard settings, the relevant action)
Google Translate will automatically detect the language of the review,
your notice will then be displayed in the language of your choice (by default, French)
all you have to do is reply in the customer's language (it's better for them and the image you'll give to their compatriots!) and that's it!

Internet users will also be able to view these Booking reviews from Magic websites, generated by elloha :
In the Website menu, select the Configuration tab, sub-menu Modules,
At the bottom of the page, you will find the My Booking rating module,
Activate this module by clicking on Display,
Your Booking note will appear on the home page of your Magic website.
