As we did for Booking reviews, and then for Google reviews, you can now retrieve reviews written on your Airbnb account in your elloha account. You can now view and reply to reviews directly from your elloha account, which will then synchronise its updates with your Airbnb account.
To use this function, you must have an Airbnb account and synchronise it once in your elloha account.

Once the connection has been established, you will immediately be able to view your Airbnb reviews.

Don't forget toSave your review so that it is sent to Airbnb.
Once a customer has left you a review, you will only be able to view it if you leave them a review in return. The same goes for him. If you leave them a review, they will only be able to view it if they leave you a review in return.
If this happens, it will be indicated in the "Reviews about you" section:
If after 14 days you still haven't given your customer a review, then the review will be published automatically, but you won't be able to leave them a review in return. And vice versa.
