As each booking is guaranteed by the customer's bank details, you can deduct charges in the event of cancellation or no-show if your general terms and conditions of sale clearly state this at the time of booking. The process is automatic: it calculates the amount of any penalties to be deducted. If you have subscribed to theStripe option, you will be able to debit cancellation or no-show fees directly, before making the cancellation.
