We're continuing to put new features online at the start of the new year. As of this morning, 2 important new functions and a patch are online:
Elloha connectivity > mail routers
If members of your network are already using elloha's Client File functions, they will now be able to synchronise their contact file with their favourite email sending tool! We have selected the top 3 platforms - which are, incidentally, the most widely used at the moment - with MailChimp, Campaign Monitor and (Cocorico!) SendInBlue.
If your partners don't yet have an account with these platforms, you should know that their basic offers are free and allow them to send several thousand emails a month without paying a penny... What's more, as these are the most well-known "routers", their message deliverability rate is often close to 100% ... In other words, campaigns no longer end up in spam.
So, from now on, as soon as a contact is created in the elloha account of one of your partners (a new customer who books, a contact for a quote, etc...), this contact will be directly synchronised with the list of contacts at their email router! And it will be integrated, effortlessly, into the sending of their next marketing messages!
Instant Confirmation" or "Delayed Confirmation" (or On-Request) bookings
This feature was eagerly awaited by many elloha users. For example, when an establishment decides to close for its annual holidays or during the low season and still wants to "throw a bottle into the sea" and offer a booking during "test" periods. On-Request is ideal for this: the customer sees the offer and its price for the given period, they are told that their request has been registered under the conditions set in the booking engine and the pro has a few days to confirm or reject the booking.
The other most common case study is that of a gîte owner with 5 rooms. Each of these 5 rooms is offered for booking individually (on his site and on the OTAs). But he may already have considered offering the booking of his gîte (or guest house) as a whole (as a form of privatisation). Without On-Request, this is impossible.
With On-Request, the professional can, at the same time, and without disrupting his stocks :
Post their 5 individual rooms for instant booking,
Display their entire house as a deferred confirmation (On-Request or On-Demand).
Fix - Instagram module in Magic
This isn't really a patch but an advance compatibility update, because on 1 March, for security reasons, Instagram is going to cut off access to its API for thousands of widgets around the world. The one proposed by elloha has just passed all the security tests at facebook and Insta, so all Magic users can continue to sleep soundly.
