Click & Collect
The current situation in our country and around the world has turned our habits upside down and is forcing us to adapt. Click and Collect is one of these adaptations, enabling customers to order items that you offer for sale online and collect them at a desired date and time.
Many elloha users have been waiting for this feature to come online, so we're delighted to be able to offer it to you. Click & Collect will be accessible from the Connect subscription and will enable you to offer all or some of your products created in the Shop menu of your elloha account for online reservation.
A trial period will be offered to users wishing to test this functionality for a period of 14 days from the Startup subscription. A banner will be displayed for this purpose on the elloha account dashboard and in the Click & Collect menu.
Click & Collect will allow you to :
create your Boutique products
create Boutique product families,
select the products you want to distribute via Click & Collect,
determine the conditions under which your customers can come and "collect" their order,
distribute your products on your own site and your social networks using a booking engine or a "Book" button,
track the status of your orders.
Application of SCA (Strong Customer Authentication) to elloha subscriptions
As you probably know, new requirements in terms of authentication for online payments will apply throughout Europe by 31 December 2020. elloha has therefore adapted to this new protocol and this provision will therefore apply to all the subscriptions of our European users. By the end of 2020, elloha will also apply the SCA to all transactions linked to your European customers' bookings.
As part of this development, you will notice that the screen for entering bank details, in the Payment menu, dedicated to your subscriptions has been modified.
Elloha "Activity" account: determine whether a resource and/or package is sold online or over the counter
We wanted to allow users of the elloha "Activity" account to define the sales area dedicated to different resources and packages. It will now be possible to set whether a resource or package can be booked :
only in-house (at the counter, face-to-face),
only on the web
in-house and on the web.
Creation of gift vouchers and gift cards from the elloha "Restaurant" and "Trade and Service" accounts
It will now be possible to create gift vouchers and cards from elloha "Restaurant" and "Commerce et Service" accounts. Until now, this functionality was not available for these 2 categories of elloha accounts. The settings are the same as for other types of account.
Improvements will also be made to certain existing functions:
Concierge service: default display of service providers ready to be distributed in My local network,
Centralisation of your elloha subscription invoices and the ability to download them (possible from your October 2020 invoices).
