First of all, we would like to confirm that we have applied a patch to allow you to book "straddling" 2 calendars for all your offers on sale, such as special offers and promotions, set both by the night and by the week.
New payment method with ANCV Connect dematerialised holiday vouchers
This new payment method offered by elloha will make it easier for your customers to use ANCV holiday vouchers thanks to its dematerialised version. This method of payment can be used in all payment situations: on the internet, by telephone or face-to-face at tourist service providers (accommodation and activities). These transactions can be made directly from your customers' mobile application.
Implementation of VAT on Resources for elloha Activities accounts
You will now be able to define a VAT rate in order to apply it directly to a resource set up in your Activity account. It will now be possible to apply VAT according to the nature of your products in order to simplify the configuration of your formulas.
Quick modification of stocks in the planning of elloha Activities accounts
This functionality was missing from the Activities account schedule: it will enable you to manage changes to your availability more quickly, both for your resources and for your formulas.
Possibility of reserving more Boutique products than you have in stock
In certain situations, Boutique product sales cannot be finalised because you're missing one or more units of a specific product, even though it's possible to pick it up at a later date from one of your colleagues or via another boutique linked to your activity. You will now be able to finalise this type of sale: elloha gives you the option of offering a Boutique product even if it is out of stock.
This situation will not affect all of our users, but it is important to be able to manage this problem.
