CRM TDR: consult your Network Head's customer data

Updated over 3 months ago

To view your Prospects and Customers data :

  • In the Main Menu, on the left of your screen, click on the Marketing/Customers menu :

  • The main screen of this menu gives you direct access to your Contacts and allows you to carry out Searches as well as Modifications (read here how to do this)

  • Your contacts are divided into 2 categories:

    • Clients in green: these are contacts for whom elloha has recorded bookings in the past (via your Network Head booking engines). These contacts may also have been integrated into your database during an import that you carried out yourself.

    • Prospects in orange: these are contacts for whom elloha has not recorded any bookings or whom you have declared as such during a contact import operation

  • To view your contact's details, simply Click on the Contact 's name or on the Edit button

  • In the contact's file, you can now access all the useful information about him/her:

    • Their identity, address and contact details, which you can also modify,

    • In this part of the file, you canadd a note (for internal use) that will allow you to give instructions to your team or to retrace an important moment in your Network Manager's relationship with this customer,

    • If this is a Customer, you can also access a summary of their purchases with you:

      • Volume of business generated with them

      • Number of bookings made

      • Average profile of their bookings: do they travel alone or with other people, average length of stay (for accommodation providers), booking window (time between the date of booking and the date of consumption with you),

      • the date of their last reservation, their last stay at your destination,

      • origin of their bookings

  • In the second part of the customer file, you can also see :

    • A snapshot of the customer's booking sources : when they book with you, do they do so directly (on your site) and/or via a partner channel?

    • The last comments posted by the customer in your booking engine,

    • Thehistory of payments that you have recorded on their reservation files and the history of e-mails that you have sent them,

    • Access to advanced functions for sending Promo Codes or Gift Vouchers

  • After each modification, remember to save your contact's file

Warning: you must ensure that you comply with the provisions of the RGPD (General Data Protection Regulation) in force since 25 May 2018. Our advice on our blog.
