CRM TDR: modify customer data in the CRM menu

You can modify your customers' (and prospects') details in two ways:

  • Directly, from their booking file: see the article here

  • or by going to the CRM menu (which we'll look at in this article)

  • In the main menu (on the left of your screen), click on Customers

  • To find the contact record you want to modify, click on the Contacts tab (1), then on the Search button (2),

  • The Search screen will open directly from this tab: all you have to do is indicate whether your search is for all your contacts (1) or just your customers or prospects, and whether it is for their name or e-mail address (2),

  • Once you've made your choice, click on Start search

  • Once you have identified the contact you wish to modify, click on the Modify button ,

  • Under the contact details, click Edit

  • The next tab gives you access to your contact's Profile

  • You are now free to Complete or Modify your contact's profile

  • Among the fields you can modify, you can act on :

    • the contact's title (Mr, Mrs, etc.)

    • their first name

    • their surname

    • job title

    • date of birth

    • address

    • postcode,

    • municipality

    • country,

    • means of communication (e-mail, telephone, social networks, etc.)
