You can modify your customers' (and prospects') details in two ways:
Directly, from their booking file: see the article here
or by going to the CRM menu (which we'll look at in this article)
In the main menu (on the left of your screen), click on Customers
To find the contact record you want to modify, click on the Contacts tab (1), then on the Search button (2),
The Search screen will open directly from this tab: all you have to do is indicate whether your search is for all your contacts (1) or just your customers or prospects, and whether it is for their name or e-mail address (2),
Once you've made your choice, click on Start search
Once you have identified the contact you wish to modify, click on the Modify button ,
Under the contact details, click Edit
The next tab gives you access to your contact's Profile
You are now free to Complete or Modify your contact's profile
Among the fields you can modify, you can act on :
the contact's title (Mr, Mrs, etc.)
their first name
their surname
job title
date of birth
address
postcode,
municipality
country,
means of communication (e-mail, telephone, social networks, etc.)
