My Network Head Reservations

To access the Sales Files of your Network Head :

  • Click on the Sales, Reservations sub-menu in your Network Head

  • By default, the page opens with all the files sorted from the most recent to the least recent in the last 3 months

  • But you can filter them, for example, by Arrivals of the Day or Arrivals of the Week, listing the files for the last 6 months

  • using the Other dates filter, you can choose the period when the file was created or when the customer arrived, or you can specify the file number (which appears on the voucher received by the customer after booking), the customer's name or the Product booked:

  • Once your search is complete, you can export your files in CSV format:

  • By clicking on a particular file or on the View button, you can access the details of the reservation file

The reservation file is presented in the form of a window and details the following information:

  • At the top of the file :

    • The unique reservation file number

    • The date the file was created

    • The status of the file:

      • Not settled: the bank card has been taken as a guarantee but no direct debit has yet been made / the booking has been partially settled

      • Paid: 100% of the amount has been debited

      • Cancelled: the booking has been cancelled

      • This amount does not take into account any commission charged by the online sales portals to which you are connected via the channel manager options

    • The status of the booking:

    • The total amount of the booking:

    • The amount of sums (deposits, balances) already collected

  • In the left-hand section:

    • The services booked with the name of the offer chosen, information on the date of the stay, the number of people, the total amount of the offer, etc

    • The possibility of adding tourist tax to the file (see how to create your tourist tax by clicking here )

    • Service charges, if applicable (see how to create service charges for Tête de réseau by clicking here)

  • In the right-hand section:

    • The total amount of the booking, the amount already collected and the amount still to be collected

    • Access to payment history

    • The customer's full contact details

    • the option of adding a comment or special request (visible to you and the customer)

    • The option of adding an internal comment (visible only to you)

    • The name of the channel or booking engine on which the booking was made

  • At the bottom, the option to save if you have made a change to the booking, and to cancel the booking:
