In their elloha account, service providers enter a descriptive article in the Description section, Article tab:
Description which is displayed on the booking widgets generated from their elloha account, such as the booking-engine (BE) on their website:
This is also the article that will be displayed by default on your Network Head BEs (TDR) installed on your DMO sites.
You can view the description entered by the service provider in your elloha TDR application. This is the "Owner" version:
The "Owner" version cannot be edited. Only the service provider can modify it using his elloha access details.
If you feel that certain articles from elloha service providers do not correspond to your editorial policy, you can "overload" this description with your own elloha Network Head version.
To do this, you can fill in the "Main" description:
On the general BE of your destination, this is the version that will be displayed on the detail page of the booking engine:
The rule is the same for foreign-language versions of articles: by default, your TDR BEs will show the versions translated by the elloha service provider, but yours will be given priority if you have taken care to fill them in.
Please note that if you have a SIT connector that enables you to transform records imported into your elloha TDR application into elloha accounts, it is your description version ("Principal") that is fed by the connector and not that of the elloha service provider ("Owner") which it could "delete" by updating its own version.
