In the elloha Tête De Réseau (TDR) application, once in the list of files you have access to two management pictograms:
The "blue card": listing open for sale (green colour) or closed for sale (red colour). A listing that is not open for sale cannot be distributed on your booking engines, those of your partners or your Offline Sales.
The "eye": listing activated (or online) (green); deactivated (red). A deactivated listing remains accessible from the elloha Network Head application but is excluded from Product Selections and, if it is an elloha account, its owner can no longer connect to it.
Default status of records :
When they are created, during the trial period or if they have a valid subscription, elloha accounts have the two pictograms displayed in green.
If you create an internal product from the application, it will be created open for sale and active.
In your catalogue, "cold" products from your SIT are active but not open for sale.
Would you like to remove an elloha file or account from distribution on your booking engines?
You have two options.
From the list, if you click once on the "Carte Bleue" icon, you will close the elloha listing or account for sale. Once your catalogue has been reindexed on D+1, it will no longer appear on any booking engine, including that of the service provider if it is an elloha account. The service provider will still be able to access their elloha account and reopen to sales by re-registering their subscription in the Account section and logging in with their elloha credentials.
Another option: deactivate the listing.
In this case, the listing will automatically expire. The deactivated status is displayed in the top right-hand corner of the main photo.
Not only will the product no longer appear on the booking engines, but if it is an elloha account, it will be rendered unusable for the service provider, who will no longer be able to connect to it until you reactivate it.
The listing is also excluded from the Selections for your Campaigns or Community messages.
To reopen for sale or reactivate (put back online) a listing or an elloha account, simply click again on the dedicated icon which has turned red following closure for sale or deactivation:
Please note that reindexing is required to take the change into account. If you leave the listing and come back to it, the button will be red until the next morning, when it will be displayed in green.
