You can consult your product files in two ways:
by typing in the first few letters of the product you are looking for: in this case, the search engine will auto-complete all the products starting with these letters
or by clicking directly on the Search button, which will bring up all the products available
Once the full list is displayed, you can sort and refine your list of results using the filters on the left of your screen. This list works on a faceted system, which means that it becomes even more refined each time you select an additional filter
At the top of the list, you can filter by membership: this means you can filter records that belong to you (i.e. managed by you) or those that belong to a third party (i.e. from an elloha account managed by its "owner" or from an external catalogue such as a connector)
Depending on my level of licence and use of the network head, the Product sheet allows me to take several types of action:
i can view part or all of the file by clicking on View File
i can consult (as a quick link) its article
i can deactivate the listing in my network: it will no longer be published there
I can also close a listing to sale and remove this product from any booking engine: it will no longer be sold there
If certain conditions are met, I can transform the listing into an elloha account:
