Did you make a mistake when trying to connect to your TDR?
The application may have deactivated your account because of 3 password errors for security reasons.
No need to panic! All we need to do is send you a link to change your password from your personalised TDR environment:
Click on "Forgot your password?
Enter your account login :
-For elloha accounts, the login is often the email address of the pro to be entered in the popup and the email to set a new password is sent to the email address entered in the elloha account.
-For TDR users (account creation procedure) it is sometimes a personalised login. For example
admin_matetedereseau
This is the login you need to enter in the popup.
and you will receive the password change email at the address entered in the account section when you are logged in to your TDR.
Here, for example, with a TDR Support elloha account:
Once the popup has been validated, you will receive an email like this one:
All you have to do is click on the link to "Create a new password":
Be careful not to choose too simple a password.
And that's it - you can connect to your TDR again!
If you do not receive the password change email, it is probably because the email address attached to your login is incorrect. You should ask your deployment manager to change it via a message in Teamwork or ask your elloha referrer to do it for you.
