Manage your "pre" and "post" email templates stay

Updated over 3 months ago

First of all, here's a video explaining the subject:

You can create several types of "pre" and "post" stay emails. For example, you can create

  • a "pre-stay" template that sends a message 7 days before the customer's arrival,

  • another "pre-stay" template that sends another message 2 days before,

  • a "post" stay template that sends a message 1 day after the customer's departure,

  • another "post" stay model which sends a message 30 days later to build customer loyalty,

  • and so on...

You can view, create, activate or deactivate (see below) your templates as follows:

  • In the Main Menu, on the left of your screen, in the Marketing universe, click on E-mails,

  • If they have already been created, your email templates will be displayed as follows:

  • In this screen, a button allows you to activate or deactivate these e-mails:

    • Activated: you have created the template and it is "played" by elloha according to the rules defined (date sent, texts communicated, etc ...)

    • Deactivated: you have created the template but you wait before having it "played" by elloha. During this time, no email will be sent using this template.

    • To Activate or Deactivate a template, simply click on this button from right to left or from left to right and your change will immediately take effect.

    • By default, each newly created e-mail template is deactivated , so you can keep it in "Draft" mode for as long as you like ...

  • If you want to modify a template, just click on Edit template and you'll be taken straight to the settings page:
