elloha gives you the option of sending your customers an e-mail when they make a reservation, regardless of the time or day. This email template, called Upon reservation, is offered in the drop-down menu allowing you to define the type of email.
Unlike the other types of pre- and post-stay (or activity) email, only one unit can be created for this type of email.
Once you have created your Booking email type, you will notice that your screen is divided into two parts. On the left, you'll find your settings fields and on the right, you can instantly see what your customers will receive.
You then need to customise all the fields displayed on the right-hand side of your page.
To activate the sending of this email to your customers, simplyactivate the message in the personalised emails page.
IMPORTANT: only one At the time of booking email template can be created (unlike the other pre- and post-stay email templates), which is why you will only have 2 choices of email templates displayed if you wish to add a new personalised template.
