Sell your cards on your website

Updated over 3 months ago

Once your Gift Card has been created (see how) and its publication date is valid :

  • Your booking engine automatically displays the button for displaying your Gift Cards.

  • By clicking on this button, they are automatically displayed in your booking engine along with your gift vouchers if you have created any.

When the customer clicks on"Buy", they are invited to pay for the gift card:

Once the purchase has been made, the customer instantly receives 2 messages in their email inbox:

  • A voucher or proof of purchase for the gift card,

  • A second email containing the card code that your customer can give (or send by email) to the person they want.

Apart from the voucher, the most important document is the gift card code that the end user can activate the next time they book with you:

As you can see above, the customer has valuable information at their disposal for using their gift card. They can choose to:

  • Call you directly, book directly with you and give you their card code so they can pay for all or part of their booking,

  • Go directly to your site, make their own selection from your offers and, depending on their eligibility for your gift card, pay for all or part of their booking using the one-time code we have sent them (one-time code accessible with the Magic subscription).

PS: Please note that the code is only sent to customers with a MAGIC subscription.

Users with a Connect or Startup subscription will have to redeem the gift card themselves. See the article: Registering your reservation with a gift card (Startup and Connect subscriptions).

It should also be noted that a gift card necessarily has the full Prepaid payment mode if a virtual EPOS terminal is activated, regardless of the level of subscription taken out
