ou want to sell your offers online but you don't want to receive bookings until the very last moment or a few days before? This is the case, for example, for a professional who is going to manage his elloha account in parallel with another schedule (which will enable him to manage any conflicts with a minimum of time) or, in another case, when you offer a holiday rental that is quite far from your home and that you cannot make available to your customers in less than 24 hours.
For this, elloha allows you to set up special rules which may be different depending on whether the sale is made online(Web Sales) or directly at the counter(Counter Sales).
These rules can be set up directly in your formula(s) created in your elloha account.
The block dedicated to setting up these rules is divided into two parts:
on the one hand, you set up the specific rules for opening and closing the availabilities of your online sales,
on the other, you are asked to make the same settings for your counter sales.
If your offer must be booked in a specific booking window, you can set up this window by filling in the relevant fields (see example below).
IMPORTANT: days and times must always be entered in ascending order, not descending order.
You can define when bookings are possible and when they are not. You do not have to set all the parameters. In fact, if you only want to define the moment from which customers can no longer book a particular offer, all you have to do is set the restriction preceded by the phrase"Booking is impossible".
Here is an example of the settings you might need to make:
Reservations cannot be made the evening before, before the customer arrives, after 8.00 pm for Web Sales,
Reservations cannot be made at the counter on the same day, before the customer arrives, from 12:00 for Counter Sales.
