Having seen how to define your establishment's opening days and times, we'll now look at how to determine the opening times for each of your Formulas.
There are 2 types of opening times:
Free entry (no specific opening times): in this case, the default settings apply
The formula offers specifictimes and days: in this case, you will need to set up these time slots in the Timetables tab of your formula
To set these specific times, simply click on the Define specific booking times button (see above).
By default, the page only allows you to enter a start time (the start of your activity).
If you have several time slots to offer for your Formula, you need to activate the red button so that it turns green.
In this case, you need to define the time slot during which your activity is offered.
You then need to determine how often a new session should start (either in minutes or hours).
You need to define the day(s) applicable to these times.
Finally, click on the Add schedules button.
Don't forget to save your settings.
Note: you can add one or more calendars if you have time slots that differ from your current times, depending on the time of year.
The procedure remains the same as above.
Special cases:
Your calendar doesn't suit you and you want to reset it to zero? Click on the Reset to zero link: your calendar will look completely new!
You've made a mistake with a day and time? No problem! Just click on the period concerned (green box), which will be displayed in red with a "-" sign.
On the other hand, if you want to add a time quickly, just point your mouse over the day in question, which will be displayed in blue with a "+" sign.
If you haven't finished creating your formula, don't forget to do the following:
