Set a tax on my resources or formulas

Updated over 3 months ago

It is possible to apply a tax (VAT or another label depending on your country) to a resource as well as to a formula, depending on your needs and your settings for your elloha Activities account.

In order to define this tax, you need to go to the Account menu (located at the top right-hand corner of your elloha interface) and then click on the Taxes submenu.

All you have to do is enter the name of the tax and the relevant rate. Then validate the creation of this tax by clicking on the blue Add button. Once you have created your taxes, don't forget to click on the Save button at the top right of the page.

You will then be able to apply the desired tax to the resource concerned or to the formula of your choice, depending on your settings.

The Tax applied field will then be displayed, and a drop-down menu will allow you to select the tax of your choice. Once you have selected the tax, don't forget to confirm your choice by clicking on the green Save button.

IMPORTANT: if you have mistakenly entered taxes on resources and on formulas, the taxes set up in the resources will be taken into account by default in elloha.

Below is an example of how to set a tax on a resource in an elloha Activity account.

If you have not defined a tax on a resource, the field will default to"Tax based on formula".
