At the very beginning, we saw how to define the days and opening hours of your establishment. Now we need to define the opening times for each of your formulas. There are two ways of doing this:
Admission is free (i.e. with no specific times other than your opening times): in this case, you have nothing more to say.
The package runs at specific times and on specific days (an event, a particular session, etc.): in this case, you will need to specify this within the package itself.
In this case, click on Define specific booking times
Would you like to define specific times - up to several times a day - that are different from one day to the next? Nothing could be simpler!
Let's take the case of a visit to a park or a monument where departures are possible every 2 hours from Monday to Friday and every hour from Saturday to Sunday:
Click on Define specific reservation times
If you have several departures, slide the red button to the right
Set the time of the 1st departure and the time of the last departure
Determine the frequency: every hour, every 30 minutes, etc ...
Then, the days applicable to these timetables,
Finally, click on Add timetables to see your table appear
You can repeat the operation as many times as you wish to add timetables and specific days.
Special cases:
You don't like your timetable and want to reset it to zero? Click on Reset to zero at the bottom right and your calendar will look completely new!
Did you make a mistake with a day and time? No problem! All you have to do is point your mouse at the time box concerned and click on the "-" to remove the schedule
Want to add a timetable quickly, for a given day? As above, point your mouse over the relevant timetable box and click on the "+"
Does your package run at different times depending on the season? There's no problem here either: just click on Add a calendar at the bottom of your first timetable and enter the applicable dates and times
This completes the creation of your package:
