Set your opening days and hours

Updated over 3 months ago

First and foremost, it's important to define your opening days and times: this function has a major impact on the information given in real time to your future customers (closed, soon to be open, imminent closure, etc.).

  1. In the main menu, on the left, click on Description

  2. On the centre screen, click on Timetables

  3. For each day of the week, indicate whether you are:

    1. Open non-stop

    2. Open with a break

    3. Closed

    4. Then indicate the times for each day

Case of different periods and times:

Your business is likely to be subject to seasonal peaks, so your timetables may differ from one period to another. In this case, you can also define different schedules for specific periods:

  1. At the bottom of the "current" timetables table, click on Add new timetables

  2. Indicate the start and end date of the specific period

  3. Enter your timetables for this period

Note: Within these timetables, you will be able to define precise times for your activities when, for example, you set fixed departure times. See how here
