If you use elloha, you are a member of the Gîtes de France network and your departmental centre has provided you with the ITEA - Bureau Propriétaire tools, it is now technically possible for you to update the schedule of your Gîtes de France centre without having to re-enter any data!
With the agreement of your departmental centre, you can immediately benefit from the iCal synchronisation offered in your ITEA Owner's Office.
The immediate advantage of this connection is that you only have to manage one schedule, which will immediately update the schedule of your Gîtes de France centre.
Thanks to this synchronisation, you can receive bookings from anywhere, on a single schedule:
from the booking engine on your own website,
from your partner distribution sites such as TripAdvisor, Booking, AirBnB, Abritel-HomeAway, Amivac, etc,
from the websites of your local partners such as tourist offices, CDT, CRT, etc.
As soon as you receive a direct booking (on your website or from an OTA), elloha will automatically update the schedule of your Gîtes de France centre and, as soon as a booking is made by your Gîtes de France centre, your elloha schedule.
A single schedule, no overbooking ... just the holidays!
1) How does it work?
Synchronisation between elloha and the schedule of your Gîtes de France centre is carried out in iCal mode; in other words, using the same procedures as for updating your schedule on AirBnB or HomeAway:
When you open or close periods on elloha: these periods open or close on the schedule of your Gîtes de France centre,
When your Gîtes de France centre registers a reservation on your behalf on its partner websites or via its reservation centre, your elloha schedule is updated: this means that your stock for the nights concerned will go to 0.
In all cases, you are therefore protected from any risk of overbooking
2) How do I set up my synchronisation?
In your Owner's Office - ITEA (if your Relais has given you this option)
To retrieve your centre's bookings in real time - via the ITEA Owner's Office - in your elloha account:
Go to your ITEA Owner's Office,
Click on the Planning tab ,
Then click on the Synchronisation schedules - iCal tab ,
Copy the link to the schedule for the gîte or one of your rooms concerned,
And paste it into your elloha account as shown below,
Please note
if you have several rooms to put online, remember to repeat this operation for as many rooms as you wish,
if you also wish to group together in your elloha account the full details of customers who have booked via your Gîtes de France centre, copy the link located in the green block: "Links with customer information ..."
Once you have retrieved the link from your Owner's Office - ITEA, you now need to save it in your elloha account as shown below.
In elloha:
In the Main Menu, on the left of your screen, click on Sales Channels
Select the ITEA Buro channel
Then click on Open this Channel
Once you have opened the ITEA Buro channel, click on Configure synchronisation
If you are a guest house, you will need to set up as many iCal calendars as you want to update rooms (up to a limit of 5). If you are a gîte, you can set up just one iCal link
If you wish to communicate outgoing stock to your Gîtes departmental relay (via the Owner's Office - ITEA), click on the button on the right so that it turns green
Copy the link provided by elloha and save it in your Owner's Office - ITEA (see below)
If you would also like to receive information about updates to your schedule each time your departmental relay makes a booking for you, click on Receive bookings from my departmental relay
In this case, retrieve the iCal link from your Owner's Office - ITEA so that this update can take place in real time and paste this link into the field provided for this purpose (in elloha; see below)
All you have to do is repeat this operation room by room,
You now need to carry out a few final operations in your Owner's Office - ITEA
Once you have retrieved the iCal links from elloha, you need to close the loop and integrate them directly into your Owner's Office - ITEA:
Click on the Manage my iCal calendars menu
Then paste the iCal links supplied by elloha into the Retrieve schedule from an external platform block
That's it! Your Buro Owner ITEA and elloha are now synchronised!
Note that iCal synchronisation does not apply to cancellations.
So when a file is cancelled on the ITEA platform, you will also need to cancel the file on elloha in order to release the stock.
Note: to take advantage of this very practical and time-saving feature, you must meet the following conditions:
your Gîtes de France departmental relay must be equipped with the ITEA central reservation solution. See the map of ITEA-equipped Relais Départementaux in France below.
that your Gîtes de France departmental relay accepts that you use the ITEA - Bureau Propriétaire solution in addition to your elloha subscription and, consequently, that it sets up synchronisation between elloha and its ITEA reservation centre in just a few minutes.
As the connection currently stands, only the information relating to the reservation file will be returned to elloha:

Date of departure
Number of guests
Gîte or room booked
