For a hotel, gîte or chambre d'hôtes, an offer is first and foremost :
a particular room, for example, the blue room
There is only one of this room in your establishment and it deserves a specific description and photos
a room category, for example, the double room
This room category may have several rooms in your establishment, for example, 5 single rooms, 5 double rooms and 3 triple rooms... In this case, you only need to describe it once; only its maximum stock on sale will vary in your settings.
To create your offer :
In the Main Menu, click on Offers
In the Your Main Offers screen, click on Add an Offer
Assign a commercial name to your offer (which will later be used in the booking engine)
The offer creation page has several tabs:
Product details : used to describe the details of your room in a commercial way, with text and photos. How to set up your Product Details
Standard Price : used to define your Standard Price or Base Price for this room or this type of room. How to set the Standard Price
Special Offers: used to create special rates such as, for example, an offer that includes the basic price + breakfast. How to create a Special Offer
Promotions : used to create promotions linked to a Standard Rate or to one or more Special Offers, such as, for example, a 20% discount on the Standard Rate under certain conditions. How to create a Promotion
Please note
You can modify or delete one of your offers at any time:
In the Main Menu, click on Offers
On the Your Main Offers page , place your mouse over the offer you want to create
Depending on your choices, click on Modify, Modify Prices or Delete
