In addition to their room, you can offer your guests the chance to book an activity (sporting, cultural, a cookery course, etc.) that they can enjoy on your premises or nearby, with your establishment's partners:
In the Main Menu, click on Offers
On the Your Main Offers page, click on Add an Option
From the option types available, choose Activity
Name your option: give it a commercial name that will appeal to your customers on the booking engine. In the example below, we have named our option"Mediterranean cooking course"
Click on Create
As this is a course that needs to be set up precisely (and early in the morning :-)!), we're going to specify that it takes place at Fixed Times. For the purposes of this example, we'll take this case and set a session for 08:30
To do this, in Possible Sessions, click on Fixed times: select your schedule (then click on the Add a schedule button, if you want to add a second schedule)
You must then determine the maximum sales capacity per session: this indication (expressed in units) will set a sales limit on your booking engine.
Thenclick on the Article tab and write a short description of your option, which will be displayed on your booking engine(add one or more foreign versions if you wish).
Click on the Photos tab to add at least one photo to your option (See how to add photos to your offers)
Once you have completed the commercial description of your option, click on the Standard Price tab to enter your base fare
The Standard Price tab opens with the current price calendar
You can set the price per person (so you'll need to enter a different price for each age group) or per package (the price will be the same for all your customers, whatever their age)
For the purposes of this example, we have decided to set prices per person, limiting the offer to Adults and setting a single price for all seasons
You can also set price restrictions and special sales and cancellation conditions
Once you have entered all this information, don't forget toSave the page before leaving it
For your option to be available in the booking engine, don't forget toopen its availability in the Schedule: click on the View Schedule button or via the Main Menu, by clicking on Schedule and selecting the option of your choice
Once you are in the Schedule, you can quickly modify the availabilities for one or all of the timetables for your course

You can make your option a Special Offer (e.g. The course and the Chef's autographed book) or a Promotion (e.g. Create an afternoon course and apply an x% discount)
You can set prices per season for each of your options, but you can also set prices on a day-to-day basis or for given periods by entering them directly in the Schedule.
