Create a Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner Option

In the Main Menu, click on Offers

On the Your Main Offers page, click on Add an Option

From the options available, choose Breakfast, Lunch or Dinner

Name your option: give it a commercial name that will appeal to your customer on the booking engine. In the example below, we have named our option "Mediterranean Breakfast"

Click on Create

You must then determine the maximum sales capacity per day : this indication (expressed in units) will set a sales limit on your booking engine

Thenclick on the Article tab and write a short description of your option, which will be displayed on your booking engine(add one or more foreign versions if you wish)

Click on the Photos tab to add at least one photo to your option (See how to add photos to your offers)

Once you have completed the commercial description of your option, click on the Standard Price tab to enter your base fare

The Standard Price tab opens with the current price calendar

You can set the price per person (so you'll need to enter a different price for different age groups) or per package (the price will be the same for all your customers, whatever their age)

You can also set price restrictions and special sales and cancellation conditions

Once you've entered all this information, don't forget toSave the page before exiting

For your option to be available in the booking engine, don't forget toopen its availability in the Schedule: click on the View Schedule button or via the Main Menu, by clicking on Schedule and selecting the option of your choice

You can make your option a Special Offer (e.g. Le Petit-Déjeuner Continental + La Presse Quotidienne) or a Promotion (e.g. Le Petit-Déjeuner Gratuit pour les Enfants by setting a price of €0 for these age groups)

You can set prices per season for each of your options, but you can also set prices on a day-to-day basis or for given periods by entering them directly in the Planning section

You can book your meals as options, but you can also offer them already grouped with your accommodation as aSpecial Offer (e.g. Double room with breakfast included)

Once you've created your option, if you've configured one or more booking engines with a specific selection of offers, make sure you add the option so that it's available to your customers.
