Your Options are considered your additional products and services, unlike Offers, which are considered your main products and services.
Examples of bookable options your clients can choose through your booking engine:
For a hotel or bed and breakfast: breakfast, a shuttle service, a cooking class, or a wine tasting session
For a holiday cottage (gîte): bed linen, firewood for the fireplace
For an apartment or villa: cleaning service, in-home meal service
For a campsite: a cleaning pack, a pass, a swimming lesson
An Option can also be booked through your booking engine in combination with a main Offer. Booking an option on its own is possible, but only if one of your accommodations is available.
An option can be sold as a flat rate, meaning the indicated price will apply to the entire stay.
You simply need to specify this in the Option Details tab, under the General section.
If you choose to sell your option as a flat rate, your client will not need to select dates when choosing this option, as it will apply to the entire stay and the price will remain unchanged.
Example: You have defined a Breakfast option at €12. If you indicate that this option is sold as a flat rate, a client staying 4 days at your property will pay only €12 for all 4 breakfasts (instead of €12 per day for 4 nights).
Example of how an option is displayed when the price is per person, with fixed time slots offered:

Once your option is created, if you have set up one or more booking engines with a specific selection of offers, make sure to add the option there to make it available to your clients.
