Your Subscription Invoices

Each month we send you a detailed invoice showing the status of the subscriptions and options you have taken out and paid for.

As you can change your subscription during the month, you will see on your invoices that each subscription is calculated on a pro rata temporis basis.

For example, if you

  • You have subscribed to an offer at €30 per month,

  • You change your plan on the 10th of the month to a €60 plan,

  • For the month in question, you will be billed :

    • 10 days x (€30 / 30 = €1 per day)= €10

    • 20 days x (€60 / 30 = €2 per day)= €40

    • i.e. a total of €50 for the whole month

You can change your billing information (such as your company name) at any time:

  • At the top right of your screen, click on Account (1),

  • Then on the Payment tab (2),

  • Enter the billing information of your choice on the left of your screen (3),

  • Click on Validate

  • Your information will be taken over by Stripe, our subscription billing platform, for future invoices.

You can also find your old elloha subscription invoices as follows:

  • At the top right of your account, Click on Account,

  • Then on the Payment tab ,

  • And, finally, on the My Invoices tab ,

  • On this screen, you will be able to view and download your invoices and also see their status (paid, overdue, etc.)

Please note that if you have changed your company name after registering with elloha, your invoices will only bear the new company name on the date of the change in your elloha account. It will therefore not be possible for us to send you corrected invoices with retroactive effect.
