First of all, please allow us to share with you the joy and pride we feel at having been unanimously chosen by the tourist offices and the CDT of the Charente and Charente-Maritime departments (reunited into a single department, a single CDT!). Thank you to those of you who have spoken so highly of elloha, and who are therefore also part of this new adventure!
We have also just put the following changes online:
1) STRIPE COMMISSION BILLING
This issue had been under discussion for months with Stripe, who delivered new versions of their API.
This has now been resolved and, from the end of January, our subscribers will see both the amount of their subscription and the total amount of commission charged by Stripe on their monthly elloha invoice.
2) LAUNCH OF THE BASIC OFFER
As announced during our webinar on 10 January, the Basic offer is now online. This offer can be summed up as "Mini Site, Mini Channel Manager, Mini Price!" and is aimed exclusively at Renters who only have one offer (gîte or furnished rental). It is therefore not available to guest houses, campsites, hotels, etc.
The public price for this offer is €190 per year (including VAT) (yes, it's a one-off payment).
Unless there is a commercial agreement with you (see below), this offer is displayed at €158 (incl. VAT) per year on the price lists of your platforms, i.e. an economic advantage of 17%.
However, the Basic offer may be of interest to agencies or CDTs that want to equip 'clusters' of owners and thus gain greater control over their portfolio of owners grouped together under their platform. In this case, you can purchase your 'clusters' from us at a very attractive price (up to 70% discount depending on volumes).

3) OVERHAUL OF THE SUBSCRIPTION SCREEN
Given the evolution of our subscriptions with the arrival of Basic, we have redesigned our subscription offer to make it clearer and easier to read:
4) BOOKING ENGINE
For one of your partners connected to your platform via availpro, it is now possible to offer gift card reservations on the elloha booking engine (if they install it on their site, of course) in addition to their offers that come up via this connector.
This feature, which is very popular with hoteliers, could enable you to penetrate this "market" even more effectively.
5) MAGIC
It is now possible for a Magic subscriber to activate or deactivate the display of their gift cards on the home page of their site, and thus develop their sales even further.
Nothing could be simpler:
1) they activate the "gift cards" module in their Magic interface
2) they refresh their site ... and that's it!
6) NETWORK HEAD FUNCTIONS
It is now possible to convert a product directly into an elloha account from a head-end environment (provided, of course, that the product meets the minimum requirements for conversion into an elloha account: contact details, address, etc.)
