For security reasons and to prevent fraud on our booking tool, you will now be asked to certify on your honour that you are eligible to consult your customers' bank details.
To do this, we will ask you to prove that you have a contract with your bank for the use of an Eftpos terminal with the MoTo option.
Your customers' bank details will be accessible to you by default if you have a Connect or Magic account .
However, if this is your case, you will have (x) days to prove that you have an Eftpos terminal with the MoTo option.
If you have a Startup or Free subscription (partnership with an organisation), thenaccess to your bank details will be blocked by default.
To obtain this access, we have created a document (sworn statement) which you can access directly in your elloha account,"account" tab, then"payment".
You will then have to fill in the various fields on the certificate (text to be finalised, but we will ask which PSP they have a contract with, which bank and they will have to give their contract number and certify that they have the MoTo option)
(Put an image + the certificate)
Once this declaration has been completed, it will be checked by our teams, who will trigger access to your customers' bank details.
Please note that once access has been authorised, you will only be able to cash in reservations in MoTo mode after 30 non-MoTo reservations have been made. This precaution helps to prevent a number of online frauds currently known to occur.
Please note: if you use one of our Virtual POS options, you will not be asked for any proof of payment and you will be able to cash in your bookings directly online.
