In some cases, you may need to finalise a rental contract with your future customers. To do this, in addition to the powerful functions that allow you tosend a quote to your future customers, you can also send them a copy of your rental contracts.
To do this, you first need to save the standard rental contract in your elloha account:
In the Main Menu, on the left of your screen, click on Description,
Then on the"Rental Contract" tab
Once inside this tab, click on Add a rental agreement,
Click on Search for a rental agreement (on your computer),
Select the file (please note that PDF files only) of your choice,
Give the contract a name,
Indicate the language in which the contract is drawn up
Then click on Add,
That's it! Your contract is loaded!
Note: you can save as many rental contracts as you have foreign versions. So, if a customer (on your booking engine) or yourself (when you're in "A customer on the phone?" mode) chooses a particular language version, the rental contract will be sent to them in the language chosen. Note that in the absence of foreign versions, by default only the version saved in your account will be sent to your customer.
