It is possible to synchronise the availabilities entered inelloha with your trivago account:
This means that each time you modify your availability in elloha, your trivago schedule will be automatically updated without any additional operations
Similarly, every time trivago records a booking in your account, it will automatically be reflected in yourelloha account
Your schedules and booking files will therefore be simultaneously updated in real time!
Please note that you can synchronise all your rooms if you have decided to book them on trivago.
Once synchronisation is in place, please do not close this channel unless necessary, to avoid disrupting the current connection.
Please also note that trivago does not allow us to synchronise two different trivago accounts with a single elloha account. If you have several trivago accounts, you will therefore need to either group all your accommodation on trivago into the same account, or open several elloha accounts.
To synchronise your schedule with trivago :
You must first ensure that you have at least taken out a subscription allowing you to make the elloha/trivago connection . You can activate a Trivago account in this way: https://studio.trivago.com/home.
In the Main Menu, click on Sales Channels
Search for the trivago channel
Click on Open this channel
Trivago will be able to retrieve your account details in order to synchronise them. If necessary, as we have no additional action available to us, you will need to contact their teams directly.
