A number of items of information need to be inserted in the Description > General tab: your business name, your address, the person who will collect the keys (for accommodation accounts only), your means of communication and your social networks.
1. Your business name
This is simply the "common" name of your establishment, i.e. the one that will be displayed publicly for your customers.
2. Your address
Even if you've already entered your address when you registered, you may want to add some details or refine your geolocation.
This information is important because it will be used :
in your booking engine,
in the booking confirmations sent to your customers.
Example of how your address is displayed in the booking engine:
To change or add to your address:
In the Main Menu, click on Description,
On the main page, click on General,
Complete or modify your address,
Click on Save.
To change or add to your geolocation :
By address recognition
In the left-hand menu, click on Description,
On the main page, click General,
In the map on the right, check that your geolocation is correct and then save your changes.
By entering your geographical coordinates
In the left-hand menu, click on Description,
On the main page, click on General,
On the left of the screen, click on Specify your geopositioning,
In the fields provided, enter your Latitude and Longitude,
Once your geolocation is correct, save your changes.
3. Welcome key handover
When renting out a property, the owner is not necessarily present on site and a third party may therefore be required to hand over the keys to customers.
In this case, elloha allows you to enter the contact details of the person responsible for handing over the keys, which will appear on the customer's booking confirmation.
4. Your means of communication
In this section, you can enter your landline telephone number, mobile phone number, fax number, e-mail address and website.
5. Your social networks
In this section, you can list all your social networks. Remember to insert URLs (links), as shown below.
