Booking Engine conversion funnel in Google Analytics (OLD: UA code replaced by GA4 01-07-2023)

Updated over 3 months ago

How can you track the buying journey of your users via a conversion funnel in Google Anlytics?

Google Analytics is your website's audience tracking tool. To track your visitors from start to finish, i.e. from the moment they enter your site to the moment they leave it, for example after making a booking, it is useful for your Google Analytics GA4 code to be present on all the pages of your site; including, therefore, in your elloha booking engine.

By including your GA4 code in your elloha booking engine, you will be able to "track" your website visitors and buyers.

1-Include your GA4 code (G-XXXXXXXXXX) in the elloha Booking Engine (BE) that you want to track:

2-Create your conversion funnel

If you're a Google Analytics expert, you can also build a personalised conversion funnel in your Google Analytics account, as explained in this article: https: //support.google.com/analytics/answer/6180923?hl=fr

Here's an example of a conversion funnel on an elloha BE with the URL https://reservation.elloha.com
