To manage your transactions (note: they can only be associated with contacts) :
In the top menu, click on Sales (1)
Select your default view: in Tableau de Bord mode (2)
Dashboard allows you to view your transactions according to their progress phase (3),
And click on the transaction of your choice (4) to simply see its "Preview" or enter its details
Transactions are broken down into several phases in a pipeline:
Signup: the customer has just created their account (they therefore have 21 days left to validate it),
Taken over by SR (sales representative): this means that you have taken the first personal action (either a call or a welcome email, etc.),
Free DMO: after a first approach, it seems that this customer (reached via a TDR) wants nothing more than to benefit from his free subscription offered by his DMO and that the chances of getting him to 'switch' to one of our paying formulas are very slim if not non-existent. In this case, change their status to 'Free DMO',
Synchro: after an initial approach, it seems that this customer only wants to synchronise his current solution (reservit, availpro, etc...) with a DMO site and is therefore not interested, initially, in using elloha,
OnBoarding requested: this pro would like help with setting up (appointment requested by form or created by you),
OnBoarding carried out : this status is indicated by the OnBoarding team once the basic configuration has been carried out,
D+15: the customer (if not in the process of OB) is indicated halfway through their free test phase: this means contacting them to assess whether everything is going well and to make sure they want to go further,
Won: no comment
On Reflection: despite their positive test and the attention we've given them, this contact doesn't want to confirm their test period and is putting off their decision until later (but there's still a chance of converting them...)
Lost, cancelled or bogus: no comment
Each of these stages can be updated automatically (based on certain actions) or manually (by you or another member of the team, such as OnBoarding):
