A smart list saves you a lot of time in your work.
Here's an example:
I'm in my Main Menu (at the top of your browser) and I click on Contacts
I can create a selection by activating filters like :
My Contacts
From PARTNER = elloha (1)
From CAT = LOC + HOT (2)
these are contacts of the "Location" or "Hotel" type who have created an "elloha original" account
you can save this list (3) so that you can access it more quickly if necessary,
Better still, to write to them, just click on their name and send them a message straight away (solo or in bulk)
In the same way, I can create one or more smart lists in the Transactions Menu. In the example below:
i have created a list to identify all my deals with a priority greater than 1 that have not yet been contacted,
i have added the relevant filters (2, 3 and 4),
and I've created my list, which will be updated automatically as the status of my deals changes.
