Manage the stock of your boutique products

Updated over 3 months ago

You can monitor and manage the stock of your Boutique products:

  • Enter a starting stock and track its progress,

  • Enter an alert stock,

  • Add products to a given stock: restocking

  • Remove products from a given stock: picking

Now, when you create a Boutique product, you can:

1. Record an initial stock called Starting Stock: this stock is recorded only once, when the product is created, and is used as a starting point for tracking changes in your product inventory. Please note: once entered, this stock cannot be modified.

2. Record an Alert Stock: this indicator will be displayed on your general product table to let you know, for example, when it turns "red", that your product stock will quickly become insufficient and that it warrants either a restocking or a new order.

When your Boutique has crossed the Alert Threshold, the stock is displayed in orange in the product in question in the Boutique menu and in the POS, Boutique tab.

To keep track of your stock levels, product by product, you can also :

  • register a restocking (the date and time and the person who carried out the restocking will also be recorded),

  • record a Pick (information recorded in the same way as above).

IMPORTANT: don't forget to save after each restocking or picking operation.

These two functions will enable you to change your stock in addition to the automatic withdrawals which will be recorded each time a sale is made either from your elloha POS or from your elloha sales interface (Counter function or Editing invoices and adding Shop products).

Each action carried out on the stock is recorded with the date, time and person who carried out the operation:

  • Restocking appears in blue,

  • Picking appears in orange,

  • Sales appear in green.

Please note that elloha is not a shop management solution: our platform does not handle, for example, variations in size, packaging or shipping costs and shipping APIs, as some specialist tools do very well.
