How do I do this?
This function is accessible from the Magic subscription. If the user unsubscribes or downgrades their subscription, Upsell offers will no longer appear on the booking engine and no more Upsell emails will be sent.
A section called Upsells is displayed in the My Business universe located on the left of the elloha dashboard, only for elloha accounts of the Accommodation type, and regardless of the subscription level.
If the service provider does not have a Magic subscription, a dedicated page will be displayed when this Upsell menu is consulted, offering to subscribe to Magic or to try out the functionality for 14 days.
For a Hosting account, if the service provider has a Magic subscription or has activated the trial period, the following page is displayed when the Upsells menu is clicked:
By default, theUpsell functionality is not activated. You therefore need to click on the switch button at the top right of the page to confirm that it has been activated (it can also be used to deactivate the feature).
On this page, there are 3 clickable tabs:
Dashboard: enables you to activate/deactivate Upsell and view upsell statistics.
Sales rules: allows you to set the order of services and the rules of the upselling engine.
E-mails: used to set the parameters for Upsell e-mails sent to customers.
The dashboard displays a range of data to help you track your upsells:
What you should have sold: sum of services initially booked by Internet users before displaying Upsells.
What you have sold: sum of services booked by Internet users after display of upsells.
Additional revenue generated thanks to elloha: profit for you generated by this functionality.
You can filter this data by day, by week (7 sliding days), by month (1 sliding month) and by year (1 sliding year).
Below this first block is a block indicating the number of services set up in the upselling rules engine.
The link " Would you like to suggest others?" redirects the user to the Sales Rules tab.
