elloha offers you a new menu dedicated to sales statistics which provides you with relevant data to help you understand and analyse booking trends.
To help you analyse this data, a drop-down menu allows you to filter by predefined periods.
The predefined periods are as follows
Today: displays today 's statistics (excluding the current time),
last 7 days: displays statistics from D-7 (inclusive) to the previous day's date (7 rolling days),
last 4 weeks: displays statistics from D-28 (inclusive) to the previous day's date (28 rolling days),
last 3 months: displays statistics for 3 months from the previous day's date,
last 12 months: displays statistics for 12 rolling months from the previous day's date,
Monthly total: displays all statistics since the start of the month (1st day of the month),
Quarterly cumulative: displays all statistics since the start of the quarter.
All: displays all statistics from the 1st day of operation of the elloha account.
When you click on the dates field, a calendar is displayed, allowing you to enter 2 dates in order to define a personalised period:
When the dates have been customised, the Customised value is automatically selected from the drop-down list.
When you click on the Statistics menu, the last 7 days are displayed by default.
A "relative to" field determines whether second results with the same presentation will be displayed for comparison. A drop-down menu offers a predefined list for selecting the desired comparison period.
In terms of appearance, the graphs are displayed in 2 forms:
A graph in the form of curves(blue for the target period and grey for the comparison period)
On this graph, when you hover over it, the values of each of the 2 curves are displayed along the x-axis: in blue, the value corresponding to the target period and, in grey, the value corresponding to the comparative period.
A graph in the form of a circle, with different colours for different values
In this menu, we have retained the choice of date on which the time data in the graphs are based.
there are 2 values available:
Booking dates: the data displayed is based on the date on which the file lines were created
Dates of stay: the data displayed is based on the start date of the stay for the file lines.
