The invoice printing function is offered by elloha to all subscribers, whether they are accommodation providers or leisure and ticketing professionals .

The invoice printing function is not a substitute for a global accounting solution for your establishment. These functions make it easier for you to issue your invoices so that you can attach them - as accounting documents - to your own accounts.

An invoice issued from your elloha account will include the following information:

  1. the company name of your establishment and the legal references if you have entered them: RCS, SIREN, SIRET, INTRACOM VAT (EU)

  2. Your company logo, if you have entered it in the Account > Contact Details menu

  3. The invoice issue date

  4. Its unique number

  5. The reservation file to which the invoice refers

  6. The customer's name and contact details

  7. Description of presentations booked online or consumed on site

  8. The taxes attached to these services

  9. Payments received

  10. Balances receivable or amounts to be refunded to the customer
