For each booking of a Rental, Sports Activity or Ticketing product, elloha sends the customer :
an appendix containing the QR Code(s) for the tickets and packages purchased
These QR Codes allow you to :
carry out access checks when the customer arrives at your premises
and, if the receptionist is a member of staff who does not necessarily have access to the reservation files, to indicate the status of the file by simply checking the QRCode on the ellohapp application
To check the status of a file :
Get the ellohapp mobile application (included in your subscription at no extra cost):
On AppStore for iPhone(version IOS 9.3 or later)
On GooglePlay for Android(minimum Android 5.0 version required)
When the client arrives at your reception desk, activate ellohapp on your mobile phone
And click on the Scan function at the bottom right of your screen
Hold the QRCode up to your phone's camera lens
Check the number of QR codes scanned on your elloha account
You can see whether all or some of the QR codes linked to the resources in the packages sold have been scanned. A countdown is displayed under each of the resources in a customer's booking file showing the number of QR codes scanned.
