How are bookings guaranteed?

Updated over 3 months ago

At the time of booking, your customers will be asked to provide their bank card number on our secure payment interface.

After verification (coverage, anti-fraud), these details are saved (PCI-DSS standards) and kept at your disposal should you wish to take a simple authorisation, a deposit or the entire payment via your payment terminal.

Some subscribers simply take an authorisation and cash the customer directly on check-in or check-out, enabling them to collect cheques, holiday vouchers or cash on the customer's arrival or departure.

Others, depending on the conditions of sale they have indicated to their customers, will deduct a deposit or the entire payment directly from their bank terminal.

IMPORTANT: the data relating to the bank imprint is accessible on D+1 of the initial reservation and will not be available after this date, even if the customer's dates of stay are changed. Please ensure that you collect the funds due to you within this time limit.
