Your Calendar of Seasons

Updated over 3 months ago

First of all, here's a video explaining the subject:

Your business is undoubtedly subject to seasonal fluctuations, so your prices will adapt accordingly. While we've seen that you can set prices on a day-to-day basis, you can also set prices on a season-by-season basis.

  • First you need to create a Price Calendar

  • Once you have created your calendar, click on the desired calendar and then on Modify

  • Your calendar already appears with a single season (average season) in green

  • To modify your seasons, click on the day, week number or complete month (button at the top left of each month name)

  • Select one of the seasons (in this case, yellow, the high season will be selected), which will then be displayed at the bottom of your screen so that the days inherit the new colour

  • Your new season is created (in yellow on the calendar): you can add as many periods and seasons as you like. You can also 'override' the seasons already set with new season colours.

Note :

  • If you go to the pricing screens, the new season (in yellow on the screen) appears in your pricing table.

  • If you need to add an extra season, click on Add a season to my calendar

  • Don't forget that you can enter fares directly in the Schedule without creating a season: see how to create fares on a daily basis

  • Note that the length of the calendars will actually be limited for the end customers (your clients). The purpose of this limitation is to optimise the performance of your interface and therefore to make you more stable. Far-off dates that are not currently available to your customers will become available as the weeks go by.
