Your Awards Calendars

Updated over 3 months ago

Like many tourism and leisure professionals, your prices may vary from one year to the next, from one season to the next:

  • The seasons (low, medium, high...) never fall on the same days from one year to the next,

  • Neither do public holidays or school holidays...

All this means that you need to keep your calendars up to date, as well as the seasons that make up your calendars and, consequently, the prices that apply to them.

You can create several successive Price Calendars :

  • In the Main Menu, click on Calendar

  • On the Calendar & Seasons page, you will see the first calendar: this calendar is created when you open your account. It starts on the first day of your registration and ends on 31 December of the current year (or the following year if you register after 30 September)

What is the purpose of creating multiple calendars?

In your pricing screens, you will now be able to enter prices for the current calendar as well as for future calendars, as shown on the screen below:

If you want to create an additional calendar to be able to enter future prices:

  • Click on Add a calendar or on the box containing a "+" in your screen

  • The start date of the new calendar is automatically the date following the last day of the previous calendar

  • The end date of the new calendar is up to you: it can be set to 1 or more months or years.

  • By default, your new calendar has a single season (average season), but you can now change these using the Seasons Calendar functions
